We briefly spoke about this a few weeks ago when I had you think of whether you wanted to create a popup ad on your website or a squeeze page.
I usually recommend designing a simple squeeze page whose job is to convince people to download the product. Using online tools or hiring someone from a website like www.upwork.com, it should be pretty easy for you to make a squeeze page.

I usually recommend designing a simple squeeze page whose job is to convince people to download the product. Using online tools or hiring someone from a website like www.upwork.com, it should be pretty easy for you to make a squeeze page.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Remember to design your squeeze page so it’s compelling to your ideal client and target market. This means if your target market is female, you can use lighter colors like pinks or tans. if it’s men, use bolder, more intense colors. You can look up info about design ideas and coloring online if you’re not sure.
- Keep it simple! Use a simple layout and keep the email signup block above the fold.
- Make sure to state benefits in terms of what the client would be most interested in. Don’t talk so much about specific features of the product, but how the product is going to change your client’s life and make things much better.
- Create a really compelling title that will capture the attention of your prospects. You can look up title ideas online.
- Make sure to speak in the language of your prospects, and use words that will connect with them on an emotional level.
Make sure it's laid out properly.
If you’re doing a squeeze page, you should start with a title, then go to a very short summary of what’s in the product, and then do a few quick bullet points of what is included.
Next, move into speaking to the prospect’s pain points and deepest fears. Then, immediately move into how your product will solve these problems for them. Next, you should include a simple explanation of why you’re giving this info away for free so that people who are skeptical won’t be anymore.
Throughout the page, be sure to include a few download buttons so the client doesn’t have to scroll far to find the download link.
Feel free to search Google for example squeeze pages and a more detailed explanation of any of the points covered here.

MARKETING ACTION STEP 6: Create your page.
Create your squeeze or landing page and then show it to some of your current clients to get their feedback. Don’t be afraid of negative feedback, as that is more valuable to you than having a close friend say how good it is if they just want to make you feel good. Remember, the whole point of this page is to convince someone to download your free report or product in exchange for their email address.
